MEN’S MENTAL HEALTH
Men's mental health is often stigmatised which can it hard to seek help. Many men feel pressure to appear strong and unemotional leading them to hide their struggles. Society frequently expects men to be tough and independent which can create a sense of isolation. This stigma prevents open conversations about mental health and can worsen feelings of anxiety and depression. Understanding these pressures is essential to help men feel comfortable discussing their own mental health and seeking support.
Working together in a collaborative way, we can identify areas in your life which are causing, stress, upset to name a couple. We can identify unhelpful or outdated patterns of thinking and discover the root cause of your concerns and work towards a more beneficial/favourable version of self.
